SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA, UNITED STATES, February 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — In collaboration with the City of Petersburg and Live! Casino Virginia—the latter which opened in January—the Richard Bland College (RBC) Dealer Institute has already trained more than 100 table dealers.
This occupation represents a significant segment of the casino’s current and projected workforce. Early success in preparing table dealers—who earn an average starting salary of $75,000 and benefit from opportunities for upward mobility—has led the RBC Dealer Institute to launch a fourth training cohort focused on casino table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat.

Over 12 weeks, RBC Dealer Institute trainees learn customer service, game integrity, industry regulations, as well as responsible gaming practices to prepare for careers in the casino industry.
